Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos using the digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays per RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
Stay safe and compliant in a physically active role.
