Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Brand Marketing professional to maximize the potential of assigned brands through strategy, trade marketing, and consumer engagement. You will define local marketing mix elements for a vaping brand and oversee product and packaging specifications.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with areas such as Marketing Deployment, Legal, and Operations, monitor performance with data analytics, and drive brand initiatives and launches in a fast-paced multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or related roles.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to communicate ideas and deliver presentations in English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency with data analysis and pivot tables.
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced commercial environments is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Previous experience leading small teams or managing external partners is a plus.
• High growth potential and ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Maximize potential of assigned brands through brand strategy, commercial strategy, and consumer engagement activities
• Define execution of local marketing mix elements, including promotion, pricing management, and distribution, for the vaping brand
• Oversee brand vision, strategy, positioning, marketing mix, product and packaging specifications, and communications in line with the Group’s consumer strategy
• Monitor product quality and evolution using metrics such as consumer complaints
• Oversee brand strategy initiatives, including product launches and new product introductions
• Define the e-commerce strategy and monitor performance from on-site consumer experience through delivery and customer service
• Manage communications between the Area Team, Brand Marketing, Marketing Deployment, Legal, and Operations
• Ensure cycle plans and brand programs are effectively executed through the distributor
• Oversee B2B strategy through ideation and on-site validation
• Implement and maintain environmental, health, and safety practices to protect people and equipment and ensure operational continuity
