Urban Outfitters/URBN is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for our Boston store. You will partner with the store team to craft engaging, on-brand merchandising and displays that inspire customers and drive sales.

The role emphasizes leadership, floor planning, and the delivery of a compelling in-store experience. You will recruit and develop a high-impact display team, coach store processes and visual standards, and manage shipments and omni-channel execution to maximize sell-through while

Qualifications

3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Brand Experience: create engaging visual experiences that reflect the URBN brand and elevate customer engagement.
Leadership + Team Management: recruit, mentor, and train department and display teams; set clear objectives and coach for growth.
Visual + Business Operations: manage visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines; monitor store performance using reporting tools.
Communication + Relationships: share product knowledge and brand messaging; collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to execute store objectives.
