The role also focuses on recruiting, mentoring, and coaching the team to uphold merchandising standards, optimize floor layouts, and deliver consistent brand experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning and visual display.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving talent development.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand representative reflecting URBN values and partners on engaging visual experiences.
• Leads store merchandising from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training of department and display staff.
• Coaches team on store processes, merchandising standards and visual display.
• Drives merchandise placement, in-store activations, and omni-channel processes to maximize sales.
