URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for our Newton, MA location. You will direct merchandising, product flow, and displays while supporting daily store operations to create an inspiring shopping experience.

In this role you will collaborate with store leadership on product placement, lead visual standards, coach the team, and drive sales through creative, customer-focused merchandising. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Anthro brand fan.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to manage product flow and visual execution.
• Drive in-store marketing, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Mentor team to deliver frictionless omnichannel service.
• Coach team on analyzing business related to visual presentation to meet sales goals.
• Plan and execute visual direction within budgets and timelines.
• Develop talent and succession planning.
