Soma in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model outstanding customer service. You will drive brand standards, deliver personalized guest experiences, and uphold our hospitality culture on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while promoting omni-channel selling and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
