Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, ring up sales, and safeguard assets. You will help maintain the brand's casual glamour and provide warm, on-brand service.

You should understand Lilly Pulitzer concepts, have fashion credibility, and be able to greet and advise customers. Prior retail experience is required, and a four-year degree is preferred but not required. This role offers part-time hours and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand Lilly Pulitzer concept and heritage.
• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand.
• Greet customers and provide sales assistance.
• Know the merchandise on the floor and suggest items as appropriate.
• Provide merchandising ideas to management for sales improvement.
• Build a personal client book.
• Use the POS system effectively and perform routine transactions.
• Safeguard store assets and assist with inventory checks.
• Operate the store per company policies and procedures.
• Grow and improve the business through merchandising, staffing, displays, and promotions.
