Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a Brand Design Lead to evolve a creative software brand across campaigns, web experiences, and live events. You’ll report to the Director of Brand & Content and blend big-picture strategy with hands-on craft to enable teams to ship on-brand work independently.

You will drive end-to-end concepting, extend the brand across web, social, and events, and build scalable brand systems with guidelines for product, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of brand design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution across web, social, and paid channels.
• Strong command of typography, color, and composition.
• Track record of building a scalable brand system.
• Experience directing outside creatives and partners.
• Mentor designers and champion craft standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end concept and design for launches and campaigns.
• Evolve the brand across web, social, paid channels, and events.
• Build a scalable brand system with useful toolkits and guidelines.
• Apply AI tools to multiply output while preserving craft.
