Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking a Brand Designer to own brand design from brief through final delivery, delivering polished visual work for web, digital campaigns, events, social, presentations, product marketing and internal communications. You will extend an existing visual identity while building reusable templates, design systems, and scalable creative processes.

You will collaborate with Growth, Web, Product Marketing, Content, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showing color theory, typography, layout, accessibility, and storytelling.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and brand systems.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketers, writers, developers, and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own brand design projects from brief through final delivery.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, campaigns, events, social media, presentations, product marketing and internal communications.
• Extend the visual identity across new formats, channels, and touchpoints.
• Build reusable templates, design systems, and processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with Growth, Web, Product Marketing, Content, and Developer Relations to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects and priorities with polished, production-ready work.
• Contribute ideas to refine processes and collaboration.
