Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and scale the company’s global visual identity across campaigns, launches, events, and digital experiences. You’ll translate business goals into scalable brand systems and collaborate with marketing, product, content, events, motion, video, and production to deliver on-brand creative.

Based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, this remote role supports a fast-moving team with AI-driven creative initiatives and a focus on craft.

Qualifications

7+ years in brand or graphic design, B2B technology or agencies.
Expert-level with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint.
Experience creating scalable brand systems across media.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across teams.
Production knowledge for digital, print, presentation, and large-format design.
Portfolio showing diverse formats with clear personal contributions.
Interest in AI technologies and applying them to creative workflows.
Experience in-house and at agencies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Create visual assets across digital, print, presentation, events, and campaigns.
Steward and evolve Cato’s visual identity and brand system.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, Motion, Video, and Production.
Translate business goals into engaging visual solutions with precision.
Balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute ideas to elevate creative quality across customer touchpoints.
