Job summary

Foundant is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own the look, feel, and execution of the Foundant brand across multiple product lines. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on production to build a scalable brand system that differentiates us in a crowded market.

You’ll drive brand standards across product suites and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership. A strong portfolio and fluency with AI creative tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in brand/graphic design with ownership of brand systems or style guides
• Portfolio showing both strategic thinking and shipped production work
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools integrated into professional practice
• Experience designing across multiple client segments while maintaining a cohesive identity
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Foundant’s brand framework across color, typography, photography, iconography, and illustration
• Define how the brand flexes across client segments without losing a unified identity
• Set product-level visual standards across product lines (CommunitySuite, GLM, SLM, SmartSimple, GivingData)
• Lead scalable brand architecture including future acquisitions
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales to translate strategy into visual standards
• Create templates and components for non-designers to use
• Oversee integration of future acquisitions into the brand hierarchy
• Produce brand and marketing creative in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality
• Leverage AI tools to increase speed of output while maintaining Foundant’s brand voice
