Job summary

Spellbook is seeking a Brand Design Lead in the United States to shape how the brand shows up across touchpoints, from decks to events. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, set standards for craft, and develop AI brand tools that scale output across the company.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and leadership to drive high-impact, highly crafted work while mentoring other designers and maintaining design excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand, graphic design, or related experience, leading projects end-to-end.
• Portfolio showing strong brand systems and editorial layouts for dense information.
• Excellent typography, hierarchy, and composition skills.
• Hands-on experience building AI tooling or generative brand systems.
• Proficient with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience owning events or activations with vendors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own brand projects end to end from concept through production and delivery.
• Lead experiential and in-person brand work including events and activations.
• Build generative AI brand tools and workflows to speed up brand work.
• Prototype and ship digital brand experiences, including production in code when useful.
• Shape the evolution of Spellbook brand system across digital, print, and physical spaces.
• Set the bar for decks, one-pagers, and sales templates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success and leadership.
• Mentor designers and lead regular critiques.
