ServiceNow in United States is seeking a Design Director to lead the brand vision and steer design across the organization’s channels. This leadership role will scale brand identity globally, blending strategy with hands-on creative execution.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, partner with Marketing, Product and Leadership to deliver cohesive brand experiences. Experience leading through ambiguity, building design systems, and influencing senior stakeholders is essential to succeed in

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing design teams and coaching staff.
• Experience leading with creative vision, purpose and innovation.
• Experience driving brand solutions to business problems.
• Experience with brand architecture and portfolio brands.
• Experience across traditional, product, packaging, retail and experiential design.
• Experience recruiting talent and developing design careers.
• Experience managing internal and external teams and agencies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, from strategy to execution.
• Ability to influence senior marketing and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with creative tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro.
