Qualifications

• 6–9 years of design experience.
• Experience leading with creative vision and craft.
• Developing brand directions that solve business problems.
• Experience working within brand architecture and portfolio systems.
• Exposure to integrated design across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.
• Experience managing internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, presenting strategy to execution.
• Experience partnering with marketing and creative leadership.
• Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the global brand identity for ServiceNow products and services across touchpoints.
• Deliver strategic brand systems that scale with AI for a global audience.
• Support and strengthen brand design culture through world-class design.
• Apply rigorous ways of working to improve performance and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business partners on holistic brand systems.
• Work with Brand Design Director/Executive Creative Director to ensure strategic design.
