Job summary

Old Navy in Milwaukee is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through friendly, knowledgeable service and omni-channel engagement. You will educate customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and help customers find wardrobe solutions that fit their lifestyle.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll support sales on the floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash wrap, while keeping a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with customers to build brand loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Retail experience with a focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems as they arise.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with using retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Able to maneuver around the store, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
