Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist in New Albany, OH to manage sample coordination for PDP, style outs, and brand shoots. You will input images into the asset deck, maintain logs, and assist with post-shoot tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years of marketing experience with project management and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Responsibilities include invoice processing for PDP and shoots, vendor coordination, and supporting the month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years marketing experience with project management.
• Experience with women’s specialty apparel preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate samples for PDP, style out and brand shoots.
• Input images and product info into the asset deck during style out.
• Unpack trunks and check in samples for shoots.
• Maintain accurate sample logs and update floorset logs.
• Process PDP and brand shoot invoices and time sheets.
• Support post-shoot tasks, vendor coordination, and file organization.
