Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist to support day-to-day loyalty, credit, direct mail and gift card initiatives to grow membership and drive store visits. You will partner with the manager to plan, calendarize, coordinate creative development, and ensure timely launches with third-party partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, CRM, Legal, Finance and Store Operations, track deliveries, maintain archives, and pull reports to uncover insights about

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, loyalty, credit, or program coordination or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support loyalty, credit, direct mail and gift card programs with organized day-to-day execution, including briefs and asset delivery.
• Track test-and-learn initiatives, collect results and document learnings.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for third-party program partners.
• Coordinate briefs, messaging, creative requests, routing, approvals and asset delivery with internal and external teams.
• Support cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Data & Analytics, CRM, Legal, Finance, Store Ops and partners to keep programs moving.
• Track deliverables, timelines and open items to ensure on-schedule launches.
• Create and maintain archives of calendars, briefs, approvals and assets.
• Communicate program updates and next steps to stakeholders.
