Job summary

Lane Bryant in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to help meet company goals.

The role involves selling and service, using mobile tech to engage customers, and maintaining operations with attention to safety and policies. Prior sales/hospitality experience, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; may weigh up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise from above shoulder level and replace overhead lightbulbs using a 12-foot ladder occasionally.
