- Book venues, coordinate vendors, manage RSVPs, and handle event logistics including floorplans, decorations, and activities
- Create run-of-show schedules and manage setup/breakdown on event day
Health & Wellness Initiatives
- Develop and manage a year-long calendar of monthly health and wellness initiatives for the team
- Drive participation through communications, calendar invites, and ongoing engagement
Company Culture & Recognition
- Coordinate conference logistics and travel for team members attending industry events
- Support onboarding experiences and internal recognition programs
- Manage employee gifting programs and other culture-building touchpoints
Cross-Departmental Support
- Provide general administrative and marketing support to other departments as needed, including our Rapid Response and Business Development teams
- Provide direct executive support to our Head of Brand and Culture, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting prep, and day to day task prioritization
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Mailchimp is a plus
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Experience providing executive or administrative support to leadership, with the discretion and follow-through to manage a busy schedule
