Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, content strategy, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading brand transformation or rebranding initiatives.
• Deep expertise in storytelling, messaging, thought leadership, and content development.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Lead the development and evolution of the corporate brand strategy.
• Own enterprise brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging architecture.
• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy aligned to business and growth priorities.
• Establish editorial priorities and annual content roadmaps.
• Own the company's narrative framework and key messaging platforms.
• Develop and maintain audience-specific messaging that supports corporate, therapeutic, and service-line priorities.
