Job summary

Rail District Ventures seeks a Senior Growth Marketing & Performance Manager to own demand generation, performance marketing, analytics, and full funnel optimization across its brand portfolio. This role reports to the CMO and collaborates closely with brand and content partners to scale growth.

Based fully in the office in Birmingham, you will take ownership of paid, organic, and video campaigns, build actionable dashboards, and translate data into strategic actions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into action.
• Experience across paid, organic, and video channels.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.
• Collaborative, fast‑moving, in‑office environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve paid media strategy across search, social, retargeting, and video.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, CRO, and content performance optimization.
• Build dashboards that tell a story and guide next steps.
• Analyze performance and present insights, recommendations, and priorities to leadership.
• Manage media planning, buying, optimization, and measurement end‑to‑end.
• Connect CRM, attribution, and lead lifecycle alignment with sales.
• Collaborate with Social & Video Content Strategist to test creative and scale high‑performing video.
