Job summary

Banana Republic in Florida is seeking a Brand Associate to energize our store experience. You will engage customers, educate them on products and loyalty programs, and deliver a best-in-class omni-channel service with a friendly, informative approach.

You’ll support sales, fitting rooms, and cashier operations, maintain a neat environment, and strive to meet personal and store goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service with suggestive selling.

• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
