Job summary

Old Navy in the United States is seeking a FT Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will provide excellent customer service, inform and educate shoppers about products, and use omnichannel tools to enhance the buying experience.

Collaborate with leadership, support sales floor operations, maintain a neat environment, and help achieve store goals. Must be flexible for holiday, evening, and weekend shifts; be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and using retail tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Deliver on personal and store goals and handle customer interactions professionally.
