Job summary

Old Navy in the United States seeks a Brand Associate who brings our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate them on products, and deliver an omni-channel experience that builds loyalty.

You are a strong communicator, thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, and can work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends. You’ll support sales floor operations and help maintain an organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly in a dynamic store setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and provide exceptional service across omni-channel offerings.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features to build brand loyalty.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, including returns and inquiries.
