Old Navy in Cedar Park, TX is hiring a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class experience using an omni-channel approach. You’ll educate customers about products, engage with shoppers to drive sales, and support store operations with a positive, respectful attitude.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, comfortable with retail technology, and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and educate them about products.
• Comfort with retail technology and performing transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
