Old Navy in Texas is seeking a FT Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, educate shoppers on products, and collaborate with the team to create a seamless omni-channel experience.

You'll work on the sales floor and in back-of-house, maintain store standards, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider to deliver exceptional in-store experience.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with learning and using retail technology and systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
