Old Navy in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Brand Associate who brings the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inspire, and assist customers, collaborating with leadership to deliver a top-tier, omni-channel shopping experience.

You’ll engage with guests, promote loyalty programs, and support store operations while contributing to sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move, and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales and service with suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about our loyalty programs.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using omni-channel offerings.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
