Job summary

Old Navy in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and helping shoppers find the right products. You’ll support the sales floor, fitting room, and checkout, using an omni-channel approach to enhance the customer experience.

You are a good communicator, willing to learn, and available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service skills and be able to engage with customers effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to deliver a positive shopping experience.
Familiarity with retail sales processes and omni-channel support is ideal.

Responsibilities
