Old Navy is seeking a Full-time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate and wardrobe customers, deliver a best-in-class experience, and collaborate with leadership for omni-channel service.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to store goals while supporting various areas of the store and maintaining a neat work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Comfortable using retail technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations including sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.
