Old Navy in Boston is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will deliver exceptional service, educate shoppers about loyalty programs, and support sales across the omni-channel experience.

You will collaborate with leadership, maintain a neat workspace, assist in changing rooms, cash wrap and stock areas, and be flexible to a schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate a busy sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to drive sales.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and brand offerings.
• Support store operations on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and at the cash wrap.
