Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and provide excellent service across in-store and omnichannel channels. You will educate customers on products, loyalty benefits, and use knowledge to inspire wardrobe choices.

You will work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience, while supporting store operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn and use technology tools and apps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs.
• Promote omnichannel shopping experiences.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
