Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver exceptional service, educate on products, and connect with shoppers through an omni-channel approach to build loyalty.

You’ll work on the sales floor, support fitting rooms and cash wrap, maintain organized spaces, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. Eligible candidates must be 16+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.

• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
