Job summary

Athleta is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, educate on products, and deliver an omni-channel shopping experience. You’ll engage customers, support leadership with store goals, and contribute to a best-in-class customer journey.

The role focuses on educating customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional service across the sales floor and back-of-house with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Utilize omnichannel offerings to enhance the shopping experience.
• Be flexible with schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect to maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house.
