Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers by delivering exceptional service and educating on loyalty programs. You’ll collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class, omni-channel customer experience.

In this role you’ll be a product knowledge expert, drive sales through suggestive selling and support all store operations while maintaining a neat, organized workspace. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver who is open to feedback and takes action.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling and omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Meet personal goals contributing to store results.
