Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers by delivering exceptional service and educating shoppers about products and loyalty programs. You’ll collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class omni-channel experience across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and online channels.

You are a strong communicator, passionate about retail, and eager to continuously improve. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
