Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Minnesota and Virginia locations is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll be the face of AE, delivering an amazing shopping experience and fostering brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage guests with the AE Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
