Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and ensure every guest has an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll educate guests on AE/Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and stay flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You will embody the brand values and deliver friendly, helpful service daily.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and creating positive shopping experiences.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience is a plus and helps you hit the floor running.
• Comfortable engaging guests and educating them about products and programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist your teammates to get the job done.
• Demonstrate integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
