Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers in Palmdale, CA. You’ll work 15‑25 hours per week, with extra hours during holiday seasons, interacting with customers and store management to drive results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional weekends.
• Access to reliable internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations.
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of Palmdale, CA 93591 or service territory.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams.
• Serve as brand ambassador for Mattel/FP Brands.
• Secure prime product placements for Mattel brands.
• Unpack cases and merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving.
• Implement Point of Purchase materials and signage.
• Support store events and complete required reports.
• Train and lead team associates when needed.
• Provide real‑time business insights and feedback.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage expenses as directed.
