Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to grow the Mattel presence at major retailers, working 15–25 hours per week with extra hours during the holiday season. You will engage with customers and store management, drive product placements, and support in-store activities.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or GED (some college preferred), daytime availability, Internet access, and reliable transportation to Palmdale area stores.

Qualifications

• Basic job qualifications include being at least 18 years old and having a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
• Available to work daytime hours during the week with occasional weekends.
• Access to reliable internet and transportation to travel to assigned store locations.
• Reside within ~20 miles of Palmdale, CA 93591 to service the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams and act as a brand ambassador.
• Secure prime product placements for Mattel brands on the sales floor.
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise shelves and fixtures.
• Implement Point of Purchase materials and merchandise products on the floor.
• Train and lead team associates; provide real-time business insights.
