Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of our company and you take pride in representing our values while helping guests find exactly what they need. You'll educate customers on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and move confidently between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold all AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
