Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Canton, OH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You will create an amazing shopping experience and be the face of our company while representing our values with your REAL self.

You’ll work across the sales floor, help guests with product knowledge, promote the loyalty program, and flex between tasks. Prior retail experience helps, but energy, enthusiasm, and a people-first mindset matter most.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to engage customers and explain brand loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support team collaboration to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and integrity.
