Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Stonewood Center, delivering an amazing in-store shopping experience and helping every guest feel valued. You are the face of our brand and bring your REAL self to work daily.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies and celebrating the #AEOFamily culture.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
