Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Newark, DE. You will bring the brand to life daily, ensuring every guest enjoys an amazing shopping experience and leaves with the right product.

You’ll represent the brand with integrity, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and enthusiastically promote the loyalty program across store zones. This role requires energy, a people-friendly attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find products using theAE Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work across store zones and assist the team to get the job done.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and uphold brand integrity.
