Job summary

AEO seeks a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You are the face of our company, energetic, and passionate about AE & Aerie products.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on product details, and promote our loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Must be at least 16 and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
