You will bring the brand to life daily by delivering an amazing shopping experience, helping guests find exactly what they need, and representing the company values with authenticity. In this role, you’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
