Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggested purchases.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist with store tasks to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
