American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our company, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products, and skilled at building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, engaging guests, sharing product details, and guiding them toward fitting room selections while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty program.
• Maintain brand standards and assist across store areas.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and company policies.
