American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Augusta, ME is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, loving the products and building brand loyalty with guests.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, join the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. The role requires energy, integrity, and a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the #teamwork mindset.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
