Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life for every guest. You will be the face of our brand, delivering a welcoming shopping journey and helping customers find exactly what they need.

In this role, you’ll work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, engaging customers with knowledge of AE and Aerie products, and promoting the AE loyalty program while collaborating with the store team.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies.
