Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have prior retail experience. You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Must have retail experience or familiarity with in-store customer service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Age must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Be a team player and help coworkers to get the job done.
• Uphold brand values and conduct yourself with integrity at all times.
